I’m sorry digital world, I love you for so many reasons, but organisation is not one of them. I’ve tried your calendars, your workflow apps, your simple to-do lists and every other type of digital planner and you just don’t do it for me. I confess, I’ve gone back to a Filofax-style organiser and it’s the best thing ever. Those list pages! Calendars with monthly views and a day per page, expenses lists, project sheets… It’s all there at a glance and I don’t have to rely on my wifi working or data usage or phone battery. I don’t even have to look at a screen to see it. And writing helps it stay front-of-mind, which typing doesn’t seem to do. It’s heaven!
